Our Story

Jammin' Jerk Cuisine was born from a deep love for authentic Caribbean cooking and a dream to share those flavors with our Long Island community. What started as cooking for family gatherings and neighborhood cookouts has grown into a beloved food truck serving up the best jerk chicken and Caribbean dishes on the island.

Our recipes are rooted in Jamaican tradition, using the same techniques and spice blends that have been perfected over generations. Every piece of jerk chicken is marinated for hours in our secret blend of scotch bonnet peppers, allspice, thyme, and other authentic ingredients, then slow-grilled to perfection.

This food truck was born from a father and son sharing more than recipes—we’re sharing tradition, memories, and a dream. For us, Caribbean cooking has always been about bringing people together. It’s the smell of spices in the kitchen, meals that last longer than expected because no one wants to leave the table, and recipes passed down through generations with pride and love.

As a father, teaching my son these dishes meant teaching him where we come from. As a son, learning them meant understanding our roots and carrying them forward. What began as cooking together at home turned into a vision: to serve authentic Caribbean flavors to our community and create a place where everyone feels welcome.
